How much does it cost to hire the hall?
Our charges are reviewed annually. The charges are subject to the following conditions:
The minimum hire period is 2 hours
Camerton residents & 'Friends of the Hall' receive a discount of 10%
Camerton community-based organisations receive a discount of 50%
1st April 2020 - 31st March 2021:
Catering Oven (per session): £10
Field usage by arrangement
Changing Rooms/Bar: By Arrangement
Hire includes Resident Licensed Bar only - "Celebration Bars"

Booking form and payment to be returned to our Treasurer at the following address: Longacre, Durcott Lane, Camerton, BA2 0QE (please mark the envelope with CCH)
Camerton Community Hall is COVID-19 Secure and in compliance with current government guidelines. In addition to the normal T&Cs, Special Conditions now apply to all bookings in order to maintain COVID-19 Secure status.
Camerton Community Hall Management Committee has carried out a risk assessment which will be given to hirers and produced a sample risk assessment to help hirers create their own.

Privacy Statement (2021):
Camerton Community Hall collects and uses personal information fairly and transparently by way of email, address and telephone numbers provided by hirers for the purpose of direct communication in regard to the hire, use, feedback or ensuing issues following hire. Personal information is collected via a signed contract plus Terms and conditions and will only be shared with key members of the management committee. Likewise with complaints, these will be shared only as necessary to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Contact details of Members/Friends of the Hall will be renewed/collected annually, with consent, solely for the purpose of notifying of hall events, associated information and requests for volunteers
